How to use Urilosin D Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it.

How Urilosin D Tablet works
Urilosin D Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Tamsulosin and Dutasteride which relieve the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Tamsulosin is an alpha blocker. It works by relaxing the muscles around the bladder exit and prostate gland so urine is passed more easily. Dutasteride is a 5-alpha reductase inhibitor which helps in shrinking the prostate by decreasing the level of a hormone that causes the prostate to grow.

Side Effects:

Common Pharyngitis, Postural hypotension (low blood pressure), Back pain, Breast tenderness, Breast enlargement, Chest pain, Cough, Decreased libido, Ejaculation disorder, Headache, Infection, Insomnia (difficulty in sleeping), Running nose, Sinus inflammation, Sleeping for unusually long periods, Weakness, Vertigo, Dizziness.
