Dolospas 20 mg/500 mg Drop is probably safe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effect on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. Please consult your doctor.
CAUTION
Dolospas 20 mg/500 mg Drop is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
It is not known whether Dolospas 20 mg/500 mg Drop alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.

How to use Dolospas Drop
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a marked dropper and take it as directed. Dolospas 20 mg/500 mg Drop may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
How Dolospas 20 mg/500 mg Drop works
Dolospas 20 mg/500 mg Drop is a combination of two medicines: Dicyclomine and Paracetamol which relieve abdominal pain. Dicyclomine is an anti-cholinergic which relaxes the muscles in the stomach and gut (intestine) and stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms). By doing this, it relieves cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and anti-pyretic (fever reducer) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever and pain.
Common Nausea, Vomiting, Constipation, Confusion, Eye discomfort.
