Derisone L Forte Respicap may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Derisone L Forte Respicap is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Derisone L Forte Respicap may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.

Levosalbutamol / Levalbuterol is a bronchodilator. It works by relaxing the muscles in the airways and makes breathing easier.

Oral Levosalbutamol should be used with caution in patients with high blood pressure and heart diseases.
Levosalbutamol may cause a fall in blood potassium levels, potassium levels may have to be monitored especially if other drugs like theophylline, aminophylline, corticosteroids and diuretics (medicines which increase urine output) are used together.
