Uses of Dexol L Tablet
Dexol L Tablet is used in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (acid reflux) and intestinal ulcers.

How to use Dexol L Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Dexol L Tablet is to be taken empty stomach.Take Dexol L Tablet medicine before having food.

How Dexol L Tablet works
Dexol L Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Dexrabeprazole and Levosulpiride which relieve symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and intestinal ulcers. Dexrabeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI). It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps in the relief of acid-related indigestion and ulcers. Levosulpiride is a prokinetic which works by increasing the release of acetylcholine (a chemical messenger). This increases the movement of stomach and intestines, and prevents reflux (acid going up to the food pipe).

Side Effects:

Common Nausea, Stomach pain, Diarrhoea, Constipation, Headache, Dizziness, Flatulence, Weakness, Sleepiness, Flu-like symptoms.
