Lactation

Repepsa D 10 mg/30 mg Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.

Driving

Repepsa D 10 mg/30 mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.

Kidney

Repepsa D 10 mg/30 mg Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Repepsa D 10 mg/30 mg Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

How to use Repepsa D Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Repepsa D 10 mg/30 mg Tablet is to be taken empty stomach.Take it preferably 30 minutes before food.

How Repepsa D 10 mg/30 mg Tablet works
Repepsa D 10 mg/30 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Domperidone and Dexrabeprazole which relieve symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). Domperidone is a prokinetic which works on the region in the brain that controls vomiting. It also acts on the upper digestive tract and helps the food move more easily through the stomach. Dexrabeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI). It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps in the relief of acid-related indigestion and heartburn.

Side Effects:

Common Stomach pain, Diarrhoea, Headache, Flatulence, Dryness in mouth, Weakness, Flu-like symptoms.
