Kidney

Tap Duo Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Tap Duo Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.However, Tap Duo Tablet contains paracetamol which is considered the safest painkiller for kidney disease patients.

Tapentadol is used for moderate to severe pain.

How to use Tapentadol
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it.

How Tap Duo Tablet works
Tapentadol decreases the perception of pain by blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain.

Common Nausea, Sleepiness, Vomiting, Dizziness.

Do not take tapentadol tablet/oral solution if you are allergic to tapentadol or any other ingredient of the tablet/solution.
Do not use tapentadol if you have asthma or any other respiratory problems; liver, kidney or pancreatic disease; constipation.
Avoid using tapentadol if you have head injury, brain tumor, increased pressure in brain; epilepsy, or are at risk to epilepsy.
Do not use tapentadol if you have tendency to abuse medicine.
