Rabomac D 30 mg/20 mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.

Driving

Rabomac D 30 mg/20 mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.

Rabomac D 30 mg/20 mg Tablet is used in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (acid reflux).

How to use Rabomac D Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Rabomac D 30 mg/20 mg Tablet is to be taken empty stomach.Take it preferably 30 minutes before food.

How Rabomac D 30 mg/20 mg Tablet works
Rabomac D 30 mg/20 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Domperidone and Rabeprazole which relieve symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). Domperidone is a prokinetic which works on the region in the brain that controls vomiting. It also acts on the upper digestive tract and helps food move more easily through the stomach. Rabeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI). It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps relieve acid-related indigestion and heartburn.

Side Effects:

Common Diarrhoea, Stomach pain, Dryness in mouth, Headache, Dizziness, Flatulence, Weakness, Flu-like symptoms.
