Maxolid DS Dry Syrup is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
Maxolid DS Dry Syrup may make you feel dizzy, drowsy or affect your vision. Do not drive until your vision is clear.

Maxolid DS Dry Syrup is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Maxolid DS Dry Syrup is recommended.However, talk to your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease.
Maxolid DS Dry Syrup should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease. Dose adjustment of Maxolid DS Dry Syrup may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Limited information is available on the use of Maxolid DS Dry Syrup in these patients. No dose adjustment is recommended in patients with mild to moderate liver disease.

Maxolid DS Dry Syrup is used in the treatment of serious bacterial infectionsIt is used for the treatment of bacterial infections of lungs (Pneumonia), and some infections in or under the skin.
How to use Maxolid Dry Syrup
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Dissolve the powder in sterile water. Shake well and use. Maxolid DS Dry Syrup may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.Avoid Maxolid DS Dry Syrup with tyramine-rich food such as cheese, smoked fish, meats and some types of beer.

Maxolid DS Dry Syrup is an antibiotic. It stops the bacterial growth by inhibiting synthesis of essential proteins, which are required by bacteria to carry out vital functions.
