Dolar 4mg/7.5mg/5mg Syrup is used in the treatment of cough.

How to use Dolar Syrup
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Dolar 4mg/7.5mg/5mg Syrup may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.Take it with food if stomach upset occurs.

How Dolar 4mg/7.5mg/5mg Syrup works
Dolar 4mg/7.5mg/5mg Syrup is a combination of three medicines: Bromhexine, dextromethorphan and phenylephrine which relieve cold and cough symptoms. Bromhexine is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Dextromethorphan is a cough suppressant that relieves cough by reducing the activity of cough centre in the brain. Phenylephrine is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose.

Side Effects:

Common Nausea, Vomiting, Indigestion, Bloating, Stomach upset, Diarrhoea, Dizziness, Headache, Sweating, Skin rash.
