Elcid O 20 mg/100 mg Suspension is a combination of two medicines: Oxetacaine and simethicone. Oxetacaine is a local anesthetic that provides faster relief from pain due to ulcers or acidic injury in the stomach. Simethicone is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.
