Ambrisentan (5mg) + Tadalafil (20mg)

Tadalafil can lower blood pressure, and combining it with alcohol may further increase this effect.

Dizziness or weakness due to low blood pressure may occur in some patients while on Endobloc T Kit. If you are affected in this way, your ability to drive may be impaired.

How Endobloc T Kit works
Endobloc T Kit is a combination of two medicines: Ambrisentan and Tadalafil which treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs). Ambrisentan is an endothelin receptor antagonist and tadalafil is a PDE-5 inhibitor. They work together to lower the blood pressure inside the lungs vessels by relaxing them. This improves your ability to do physical activity.
Common Indigestion, Headache, Cough, Nasal congestion, Peripheral edema, Anemia, Bronchitis.
