Exocin 0.3% w/w Eye Ointment may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Exocin 0.3% w/w Eye Ointment is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.To reduce the amount of Exocin 0.3% w/w Eye Ointment that reaches the breastmilk, place pressure over the corner of the eye for 1 minute or more, then remove the excess solution with an absorbent tissue.
It is not known whether Exocin 0.3% w/w Eye Ointment alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.

How to use Exocin Eye Ointment

Gently squeeze the tube and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid or ear. Wipe off extra liquid.
