Enoxsave 40mg Injection is probably safe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effect on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. Please consult your doctor.
Enoxsave 40mg Injection is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.Enoxsave 40mg Injection is released in small amounts in the breast milk and amounts reaching the baby are also small, which would not be expected to cause any harmful effects to the baby.

CAUTION
Enoxsave 40mg Injection should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Enoxsave 40mg Injection may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
There is limited information available on the use of Enoxsave 40mg Injection in patients with liver disease. Please consult your doctor.However, cautious use is advised in patients with underlying liver disease.

Enoxsave 40mg Injection is an anticoagulant that prevents the formation of harmful blood clots.

Expert advice for Enoxsave Injection
For best results, take Enoxsave at the same time every day. Enoxsave should be injected under the skin of the abdomen. Enoxsave increases your risk of bleeding. Be careful while shaving, cutting fingernails or toenails, or using sharp objects. Does not require regular blood tests. Notify your doctor if there is bleeding from gums, nose, or wounds that last more than 15 minutes, or if blood appears in urine, stool or vomit. Do not discontinue use without consulting your doctor.

Enoxaparin is not the same as heparin but both are used for similar indication. Lovenox is the brand name of enoxaparin

Enoxaparin is known to interact with paracetamol and ibuprofen and so should be taken only if prescribed by your doctor

Enoxsave increases the INR values (International normalized ratio; defines how long it takes for blood to clot when on anticoagulant therapy versus normal time) Partial thromboplastin time (PTT) or activated PTT (APTT) or platelets are not affected by Enoxsave.

Enoxsave is an anticoagulant which does not allow blood to clot thus acting as a blood thinner but it is not anti-platelet
