How Saltol 1 mg/4 mg Expectorant works
Saltol 1 mg/4 mg Expectorant is a combination of two medicines: Menthol and bromhexine. Menthol is an organic compound which produces a sensation of coolness and relieves minor throat irritation. Bromhexine is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out.
