How to use Estradiol
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Femoston 1mg/5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
How Femoston 1mg/5mg Tablet works
Estradiol is a form of estrogen, a female sex hormone produced by the ovaries. It acts by replacing the natural hormone in the body when the latter is deficient.

The drug can cause nausea, vomitting or breast tenderness.
Do not use estradiol patches over breast stop taking estradiol and see a doctor immediately if you notice any of the following when taking estradiol:

new onset migraine-like headaches.
pregnancy.
