Frusemene 40 mg/50 mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.

Driving

Frusemene 40 mg/50 mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.

Kidney
CAUTION

Frusemene 40 mg/50 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Frusemene 40 mg/50 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Frusemene 40 mg/50 mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. Regular monitoring of kidney function test and potassium levels may be advised while you are taking this medicine.

How to use Frusemene Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Frusemene 40 mg/50 mg Tablet is to be taken empty stomach.Avoid Frusemene 40 mg/50 mg Tablet with dietary sodium.

How Frusemene 40 mg/50 mg Tablet works
Frusemene 40 mg/50 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Furosemide and Triamterene. Furosemide and triamterene. They act on different parts of your kidney to get remove extra water and certain electrolytes while maintaining the potassium balance in your body.

Side Effects:

Common Dryness in mouth, Dehydration, Weakness, Decreased sodium level in blood, Decreased magnesium level in blood, Decreased calcium level in blood, Increased uric acid level in blood.
