CAUTION
Taking metformin with alcohol can cause lactic acidosis and you may experience malaise, respiratory distress, slow or irregular heartbeat, sleepiness, stomach upset, or other unusual symptoms.
WEIGH RISKS VS BENEFITS
Glycozide M Forte 80 mg/500 mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Glycozide M Forte 80 mg/500 mg Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Your ability to drive may be affected if your blood sugar is low or high. If this happens, do not drive.
CAUTION
Glycozide M Forte 80 mg/500 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Glycozide M Forte 80 mg/500 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Glycozide M Forte 80 mg/500 mg Tablet is, however, not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. Regular monitoring of kidney function test is advisable while you are taking this medicine.
CAUTION
Glycozide M Forte 80 mg/500 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Glycozide M Forte 80 mg/500 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Glycozide M Forte 80 mg/500 mg Tablet is generally started with low dose in patients with mild to moderate liver disease and its use is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.

How to use Chlordiazepoxide
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Norval Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.Avoid Norval Tablet with caffeine and chocolate as well as food containing caffeine and chocolate such as tea leaves, cocoa beans.

How Glycozide M Forte 80 mg/500 mg Tablet works
Glycozide M Forte 80 mg/500 mg Tablet is a combination of two antidiabetic medicines: Gliclazide and Metformin. Gliclazide is a sulfonylurea which works by increasing the amount of insulin released by the pancreas in order to lower the blood glucose. Metformin is a biguanide which works by lowering glucose production in the liver, delaying glucose absorption from intestines and increasing the body's sensitivity to insulin.

If you are taking Chlordiazepoxide for the treatment of insomnia and anxiety, it should not be used more than 4 weeks. It may become less effective over the time. It causes sleepiness or drowsiness. If this happens to you, do not drive or use machinery. Avoid consuming alcohol when taking the Chlordiazepoxide, as it may cause excessive sleepiness or drowsiness.
