These include some over the counter medicines for cold and cough.

Q. Does Flotral cause ejaculation problems?
Ejaculatory problems like retrograde ejaculation and ejaculation failure are a common side effect associated with the use of Flotral and are dose-dependent, i.e., a higher dose will cause more side effects. Priapism (painful erection) is also seen to be a rare and serious side effect with its use.
