Gastrogyl Plus 250 mg/600 mg/10 mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
CAUTION
Gastrogyl Plus 250 mg/600 mg/10 mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
Do not drive unless you are feeling well.Gastrogyl Plus 250 mg/600 mg/10 mg Tablet may make you feel drowsy or gives you problems with coordination or sensation (e.g. numbness or weakness). This may affect your driving ability.
CAUTION
Gastrogyl Plus 250 mg/600 mg/10 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Gastrogyl Plus 250 mg/600 mg/10 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

How to use Gastrogyl Plus Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Gastrogyl Plus 250 mg/600 mg/10 mg Tablet is to be taken with food.Avoid Gastrogyl Plus 250 mg/600 mg/10 mg Tablet with dairy products such as milk, cheese, curd, butter, paneer and ice cream.
How Gastrogyl Plus 250 mg/600 mg/10 mg Tablet works
Gastrogyl Plus 250 mg/600 mg/10 mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Ciprofloxacin, tinidazole and dicyclomine which treat severe diarrhoea due to mixed infections. Ciprofloxacin is an antibiotic. It kills bacteria by preventing them from reproducing and repairing themselves. Tinidazole is also an antibiotic which kills other infectious microorganisms in addition to bacteria by damaging their DNA. Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic which works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms). In doing this, it relieves cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort.
