Medol Gel may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Medol Gel is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.Consult a doctor immediately if the baby shows signs of increased sleepiness (more than usual), difficulty breastfeeding, breathing problems, or limpness.
Do not drive unless you are feeling well.Medol Gel may cause side effects such as drowsiness and blurred vision. If this happens, do not drive.

How Medol Gel works
Medol Gel is an opioid analgesic ( pain reliever). It works by decreasing the perception of pain by blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain.
