Glytrin 20mg Tablet is used in the treatment of type 2 diabetesIt is used in addition to diet and exercise to improve blood sugar control in adults with type 2 diabetes.

How to use Glytrin Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Glytrin 20mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How Glytrin Tablet works
Glytrin 20mg Tablet is an anti-diabetic medication. It works by increasing the release of insulin from the pancreas and decreasing the hormones that raise blood sugar levels. This reduces the fasting and postmeal sugar levels.

Common Headache, Hypoglycaemia (low blood sugar level) in combination with insulin or sulphonylurea, Upper respiratory tract infection, Nasopharyngitis.
