Midfast 10mg Injection is unsafe to use during pregnancy.There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.
Midfast 10mg Injection is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.Midfast 10mg Injection should be used for short periods and sleepiness of the baby should be watched. The withdrawal of Midfast 10mg Injection should be gradual.
Do not drive unless you are feeling well.Midfast 10mg Injection may make the patient sleepy, forgetful or affect their concentration or coordination. This may affect their ability to drive.
Midfast 10mg Injection should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Midfast 10mg Injection may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
There is limited information available on the use of Midfast 10mg Injection in patients with liver disease. Please consult your doctor.

Your doctor or nurse will give you this medicine. Kindly do not self administer.
How Midfast Injection works
Midfast 10mg Injection is a benzodiazepine. It works by increasing the action of GABA, a chemical messenger which suppresses the abnormal and excessive activity of the nerve cells in the brain.
Common Sleepiness, Agitation, Headache, Nausea, Vomiting, Injection site pain, Memory impairment, Decreased blood pressure, Hiccup.
Expert advice for Midfast Injection
If you are taking Midfast for the treatment of insomnia and anxiety, it should not be used more than 4 weeks. It may become less effective over the time. It causes sleepiness or drowsiness. If this happens to you, do not drive or use machinery. Avoid consuming alcohol when taking the Midfast, as it may cause excessive sleepiness or drowsiness. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to conceive or breastfeeding. Inform your doctor if you have ever been diagnosed with kidney or liver problems. The addiction / habit-forming potential of Midfast is very high.
