Thinla 5000IU Injection is safe to use during lactation. Human studies have shown that either the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in significant amount or is not expected to cause toxicity to the baby.Thinla 5000IU Injection is released in small amounts in the breast milk and amounts reaching the baby are also small, which would not be expected to cause any harmful effects to the baby.
Thinla 5000IU Injection does not usually affect your ability to drive.
Thinla 5000IU Injection is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Thinla 5000IU Injection is recommended.However, inform your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease.
There is limited information available on the use of Thinla 5000IU Injection in patients with liver disease. Please consult your doctor.

Thinla 5000IU Injection is an anticoagulant that prevents the formation of harmful blood clots.

Do not heparin if you are sensitive to heparin or any other ingredients of the drug.
Avoid using heparin are pregnant or planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding.
Do not heparin if you are already taking aspirin or other blood thinner medications.
Tell your doctor if your injury or illness does not improve, or gets worse after heparin treatment.

Thinla affects INR (used to monitor the effectiveness of the anticoagulant), and PTT (blood test determines the blood clotting time), It may cause reduced blood platelet count
