Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.Consult a doctor immediately if the baby shows signs of increased sleepiness (more than usual), difficulty breastfeeding, breathing problems, or limpness.
Do not drive unless you are feeling well.Rosetra Injection may cause side effects such as drowsiness and blurred vision. If this happens, do not drive.

Polyethylene Glycol belongs to a class of drugs called osmotic laxative. It acts by softening the stool and increasing the frequency of bowel movements by retaining water in the stool.

Rosetra Injection is an opioid analgesic ( pain reliever). It works by decreasing the perception of pain by blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain.
Common Dehydration, Urticaria, Abdominal cramp, Nausea, Diarrhoea, Abdominal bloating.
Common Dizziness, Sleepiness, Vomiting, Nausea, Dryness in mouth, Constipation.

Avoid taking a Coloclean for more than 1 week, unless prescribed by the doctor, as it leads to dependency on the laxative action to produce a bowel movement. Together with Coloclean, fiber rich diet containing whole grain bread and cereals, bran, fruits and green leafy vegetables, is essential to maintain healthy bowel function. A Coloclean should preferably be taken at bedtime because it requires 6 to 8 hours to show impact. Notify your doctor if you are on a low-sugar diet because the Coloclean contains sugars. Take Coloclean after 2 hours from other medicines, as it may interfere with the absorption of other medicines.

Use only for severe acute pain for not more than 5 days. Prolonged use may result in physical and psychological dependence even at recommended dosages. Avoid driving or using machinery if you feel dizzy after taking Rosetra. It is better to take with food to avoid an upset stomach.
