Tramanam 50mg Injection is an opioid analgesic ( pain reliever). It works by decreasing the perception of pain by blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain.

Common Dizziness, Sleepiness, Vomiting, Nausea, Dryness in mouth, Constipation.
