Pepsigard Junior 500mg/5ml Syrup may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
CAUTION

How to use Pepsigard Junior Syrup
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Pepsigard Junior 500mg/5ml Syrup is to be taken empty stomach.
How Pepsigard Junior Syrup works
Pepsigard Junior 500mg/5ml Syrup forms a coating over the ulcer or any other raw surface. This creates a physical barrier that protects the ulcer/raw surface from the gastric acid or any other injury, allowing it to heal.

Do not take the Pepsigard junior at least 2 hours before or after taking other medicines. It may interact with these other medicines Take Pepsigard junior on an empty stomach, preferably 1 hour before a meal. Avoid taking antacids, before or after 30 minutes of taking a dose of Pepsigard junior. Notify your doctor if you have a kidney disorder, as it may put you at a greater risk of developing aluminum overload. Notify your doctor, if you are or planning to become pregnant.
