Mifty Kit is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Mifty Kit may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

How to use Mifepristone
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Mifty Kit is to be taken with food.
How Mifty Kit works
Mifepristone blocks the effects of progesterone, a natural female hormone which is needed for the pregnancy to sustain. Without this hormone, the lining of the uterus (womb) breaks down as it does during a menstrual period and stops the growth of the pregnancy.
Common Nausea, Vomiting, Uterine cramps, Diarrhoea, Infection following abortion, Uterine bleeding .
Expert advice for Mifepristone
In case of heavy and prolonged bleeding, or if the expulsion has occurred before you took prostaglandin, you should contact the doctor immediately to ensure complete evacuation.
If pregnancy continues or expulsion is incomplete, you will be offered another method for terminating the pregnancy.
Do not take mifepristone If  you are allergic (hypersensitive) to the active substance mifepristone or prostaglandin (if required to be taken  together) any of the other ingredients of the medicine.
Because mifepristone may pass into breast milk and be taken in by your baby, you should stop in case you were breastfeeding once you have taken the treatment.

Misoprostol increases contractions of the uterus to cause abortion. It can also prevent post-delivery bleeding due to poor contraction of the uterus.

If you are taking Misoprostol orally, then it is best taken with food and do not take antacids that contain magnesium along with it. Ask your doctor for help in selecting a suitable antacid. Take Misoprostol only as prescribed by the doctor because in some cases, miscarriages caused by Misoprostol are likely to be incomplete which may result in serious medical complications, leading to hospitalization, surgery and possible infertility. Notify the doctor immediately if excessive bleeding occurs.
