Uses of Winto Kof Tablet
Winto Kof Tablet is used in the treatment of cough.

How to use Winto Kof Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Winto Kof Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.Take it with food if stomach upset occurs.

How Winto Kof Tablet works
Winto Kof Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Guaifenesin, chlorpheniramine and dextromethorphan which relieve cough and cold symptoms. Guaifenesin and ammonium chloride are expectorants which decrease the stickiness of mucus (phlegm) and help in its removal from the airways. Chlorpheniramine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Dextromethorphan is a cough suppressant that relieves cough by reducing the activity of cough centre in the brain.

Side Effects:

Common Nausea, Stomach upset, Diarrhoea, Vomiting, Stomach pain, Dizziness, Headache, Rash, Urticaria, Sleepiness.
