How to use Kidylinctus Z Syrup
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use.

How Kidylinctus Z Syrup works
Kidylinctus Z Syrup is a combination of three medicines: Promethazine, pholcodine and phenylephrine which relieve cough and cold symptoms. Promethazine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Pholcodine is a cough suppressant that relieves cough by reducing the activity of cough centre in the brain. Phenylephrine is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose.

Side Effects:

Common Nausea, Vomiting, Constipation, Sleepiness, Dizziness, Excitation, Headache, Confusion, Insomnia (difficulty in sleeping), Shortness of breath, Thickened respiratory tract secretions.
