Uses of Kofcure Syrup
Kofcure Syrup is used in the treatment of cough.

How to use Kofcure Syrup
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Kofcure Syrup may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.Take it with food if stomach upset occurs.

How Kofcure Syrup works
Kofcure Syrup is a combination of three medicines: Guaifenesin, chlorpheniramine and dextromethorphan which relieve cough and cold symptoms. Guaifenesin and ammonium chloride are expectorants which decrease the stickiness of mucus (phlegm) and help in its removal from the airways. Chlorpheniramine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Dextromethorphan is a cough suppressant that relieves cough by reducing the activity of cough centre in the brain.

Side Effects:

Common Nausea, Stomach upset, Diarrhoea, Vomiting, Stomach pain, Dizziness, Headache, Rash, Urticaria, Sleepiness.
