CAUTION
Taking Hydrochlorothiazide with alcohol may have additive effects in lowering blood pressure. You may experience headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, and/or changes in pulse or heart rate.

Lodoz 5 Tablet is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.

Uses of Lodoz Tablet
Lodoz 5 Tablet is used in the treatment of hypertension.
How to use Lodoz Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Lodoz 5 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
How Lodoz 5 Tablet works
Lodoz 5 Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Bisoprolol and hydrochlorothiazide that help control your blood pressure. Bisoprolol is a beta blocker that lowers your heart rate. Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic that removes extra water and certain electrolytes from your body. This also reduces the risk of a heart attack or stroke.
