Scc 4 LW Plus Pouch is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.

Driving

Do not drive unless you are feeling well.Scc 4 LW Plus Pouch occasionally causes sight problems and tingling or numbness in hand or feet. After taking this medicine you should not drive until you know how it affects you.

Use this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Apply it on the affected area and allow it to stay before spitting or rinsing.

How to use Scc 4 LW Plus Pouch
Take the medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Scc 4 LW Plus Pouch may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.Avoid Scc 4 LW Plus Pouch with tyramine-rich food such as cheese, smoked fish, meats and some types of beer.

How Resini Gel works
Resini Gel is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by blocking the release of prostaglandin, that causes allergy symptoms and inflammation (swelling and redness).

How Scc 4 LW Plus Pouch works
Scc 4 LW Plus Pouch is a combination of four medicines: Isoniazid, rifampicin, ethambutol and pyrazinamide which treat tuberculosis. Isoniazid works by preventing the TB bacteria from forming their own protective covering, while rifampicin inactivates a bacterial enzyme (RNA-polymerase) which is required by TB bacteria to make essential proteins and to reproduce. Together, they kill the bacteria and eradicate the infection. Ethambutol and pyrazinamide, on the other hand work by slowing the growth of these bacteria.

Common Nausea, Vomiting, Rash, Fever, Dark colored urine, Sweating, Increased sputum production, Salivation, Teary eyes, Peripheral neuropathy (tingling and numbness of feet and hand), Increased liver enzymes, Jaundice, Increased uric acid level in blood, Visual impairment.

Expert advice for Resini Gel

Inform your doctor if you have diabetes, angina, blood clots, and high blood pressure, raised cholesterol or raised triglycerides, liver disorder of the red blood pigment (porphyria).
Tell your doctor if you had or need to have surgery.
Avoid direct contact of gel/ lotion with your eyes. In case of direct contact, wash your eyes with water immediately and seek immediate medical attention.
Tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or are breastfeeding. 
Do not use if you are allergic to diclofenac or any of its ingredients.
Do not use if you previously had allergic reaction (asthma, hives or a cold) due to aspirin or other pain killers.
