Linopik OD Tablet SR may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
CAUTION
Linopik OD Tablet SR is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
Linopik OD Tablet SR may make you feel dizzy, drowsy or affect your vision. Do not drive until your vision is clear.
SAFE
Linopik OD Tablet SR is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Linopik OD Tablet SR is recommended.However, talk to your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease.
Linopik OD Tablet SR should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease. Dose adjustment of Linopik OD Tablet SR may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Limited information is available on the use of Linopik OD Tablet SR in these patients. No dose adjustment is recommended in patients with mild to moderate liver disease.

How to use Linopik OD Tablet SR
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Linopik OD Tablet SR may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.Avoid Linopik OD Tablet SR with tyramine-rich food such as cheese, smoked fish, meats and some types of beer.

Linopik OD Tablet SR is an antibiotic. It stops the bacterial growth by inhibiting synthesis of essential proteins, which are required by bacteria to carry out vital functions.
