Ranmonte LC Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Ranmonte LC Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.

Ranmonte LC Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Ranmonte LC Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Ranmonte LC Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.

How Ranmonte LC Tablet works
Ranmonte LC Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Levocetirizine and Montelukast which relieve the symptoms of allergic rhinitis. Levocetirizine is an antiallergic which treats allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Montelukast is a leukotriene antagonist. It works by blocking the action of leukotriene, a chemical messenger. This reduces inflammation in the airways and nose, and improves your symptoms.

Common Nausea, Diarrhoea, Vomiting, Dryness in mouth, Headache, Skin rash, Flu-like symptoms, Fatigue, Sleepiness.
