L Pill 600mg Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of L Pill 600mg Tablet is recommended.However, inform your doctor if you have an underlying kidney disease. This medicine may be started with a low dose and then increased with caution by your doctor.
L Pill 600mg Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of L Pill 600mg Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

How to use L Pill Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. L Pill 600mg Tablet is to be taken with food.
How L Pill Tablet works
L Pill 600mg Tablet increases contractions of the uterus to cause abortion. It can also prevent post-delivery bleeding due to poor contraction of the uterus.
Common Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhoea, Uterine bleeding , Infection following abortion, Uterine cramps.

If you are taking L pill orally, then it is best taken with food and do not take antacids that contain magnesium along with it. Ask your doctor for help in selecting a suitable antacid.
