Lemolinctus PD Syrup is used in the treatment of nasal congestion.

How to use Lemolinctus PD Syrup
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Lemolinctus PD Syrup may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.Take it with food if stomach upset occurs.

How Lemolinctus PD Syrup works
Lemolinctus PD Syrup is a combination of two medicines: Dextromethorphan and phenylephrine which relieve cough and cold symptoms. Dextromethorphan is a cough suppressant that relieves cough by reducing the activity of cough centre in the brain. Phenylephrine is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose.

Side Effects:

Common Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach upset, Loss of appetite, Headache, Skin rash, Itching, Insomnia (difficulty in sleeping).
