How to use Magasip Syrup
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Magasip Syrup may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Magasip Syrup is an inorganic salt that neutralizes the excess acid in the stomach.

The Magasip should be used only for occasional relief from increased stomach acid. Do not take it for more than 2 weeks, unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor. Avoid Magasip, if  you show signs of appendicitis or inflammed bowel (such as lower abdominal pain, cramping, bloating, nausea, vomiting). Please consult your doctor. Do not take the Magasip at least 2 hours before or after taking other medicines. It may interact with other medicines.

Magaldrate and simethicone are used as antacid and antiflatulent drug in combination therapy. Magaldrate works by neutralizing stomach acid and simethicone works by eliminating the gas from stomach.
