Uses of Cefixime
Cefixime is used in the treatment of bacterial infectionsIt is used for short-term treatment of bacterial infections of urinary tract, skin and soft-tissue, ear, bone, blood, abdomen, genital and lungs (pneumonia). It is also used to prevent infections after surgery.

How to use Cefixime
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Milixim Turbo Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.Avoid Milixim Turbo Tablet with tyramine-rich food such as cheese, smoked fish, meats and some types of beer.

How Milixim Turbo Tablet works
Cefixime is an antibiotic. It works by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering which is essential for the survival of bacteria in the human body.

Your doctor has prescribed Cefixime to cure your infection and improve symptoms. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Discontinue Cefixime and inform your doctor immediately if you get a rash, itchy skin, swelling of face and mouth, or have difficulty in breathing. Diarrhea may occur as a side effect but should stop when your course is complete. Inform your doctor if it doesn't stop or if you find blood in your stools. Cefixime can be used to treat uncomplicated gonorrhea caused by Neisseria gonorrhoeae (both penicillinase and non-penicillinase producing bacteria). How Flamar Plus Gel works
Flamar Plus Gel is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by blocking the release of prostaglandin, that causes allergy symptoms and inflammation (swelling and redness).

How Milixim Turbo Tablet works
Linezolid is an antibiotic. It stops the bacterial growth by inhibiting synthesis of essential proteins, which are required by bacteria to carry out vital functions.

Expert advice for Flamar Plus Gel

Inform your doctor if you have diabetes, angina, blood clots, and high blood pressure, raised cholesterol or raised triglycerides, liver disorder of the red blood pigment (porphyria).
Tell your doctor if you had or need to have surgery.
Avoid direct contact of gel/ lotion with your eyes. In case of direct contact, wash your eyes with water immediately and seek immediate medical attention.
Tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or are breastfeeding. 
Do not use if you are allergic to diclofenac or any of its ingredients.
Do not use if you previously had allergic reaction (asthma, hives or a cold) due to aspirin or other pain killers.
