Taking Hydrochlorothiazide with alcohol may have additive effects in lowering blood pressure. You may experience headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, and/or changes in pulse or heart rate.

How to use Qualiz Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Qualiz 5 mg/6.25 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
How Qualiz 5 mg/6.25 mg Tablet works
Qualiz 5 mg/6.25 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Bisoprolol and hydrochlorothiazide that help control your blood pressure. Bisoprolol is a beta blocker that lowers your heart rate. Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic that removes extra water and certain electrolytes from your body. This also reduces the risk of a heart attack or stroke.
