Human studies have shown that either the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in significant amount or is not expected to cause toxicity to the baby.Because of its low milk levels and lack of sleepiness, use of Xlor 10mg Tablet MD would not be expected to cause any adverse effects in breastfed babies.

How to use Xlor Tablet MD
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Do not handle the tablets with wet hands. Put it in your mouth but do not swallow it. Xlor 10mg Tablet MD may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
How Xlor Tablet MD works
Xlor 10mg Tablet MD is an antihistaminic medication. It treats allergy symptoms such as such as itching, swelling, and rashes by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger (histamine) in the body.

Do not start or continue the loratadine tablets:
If you are allergic (hypersensitive) to loratadine or any of the other ingredients of loratadine tablet.
If you have severe liver impairment.
If you have rare hereditary problems of sugar intolerance.
Do not drive or operate machinery after taking loratadine if you feel drowsy. Do not take loratadine tablets at least 48 hours before doing skin tests.

No, Xlor is antihistaminic drug which may have anticholinergic properties and it is not narcotic/ antibiotic
