Rofact MR Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

Rofact MR Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.

Uses of Rofecoxib
Rofecoxib is used in osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, gout, arthralgia, muscle pain, pain during menstruation and post operative pain.
How to use Rofecoxib
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Rofact MR Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
How Rofact MR Tablet works
Rofecoxib is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) called COX-2 inhibitors. It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that are responsible pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
Common Abdominal pain, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Gastritis, Edema, Constipation, Palpitations, Heartburn, Flatulence, Dizziness, Diarrhoea, Increased blood pressure, Dyspepsia.
