Pregnasafe 100mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.

How to use Pregnasafe Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Pregnasafe 100mg Tablet is to be taken with food.

How Pregnasafe Tablet works
Pregnasafe 100mg Tablet is an alpha and beta blocker. It works by slowing down the heart rate and relaxing blood vessels which makes the heart more efficient at pumping blood around the body.

Common Fatigue, Headache, Dizziness, Decreased blood pressure.

May cause dizziness in the first few days. Check your blood pressure 1 week after starting Pregnasafe, and inform your doctor if it hasn't improved. May cause fatigue and erectile dysfunction. Can hide symptoms of low blood sugar. Be careful if you're diabetic. Should not be discontinued abruptly as it may increase the chances of a heart attack or other heart problems.
