Lactation

Pin OM-M 50 Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.

Driving

Pin OM-M 50 Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.

Kidney

Pin OM-M 50 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Pin OM-M 50 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Regular monitoring of blood pressure is advisable for dose adjustment.

Pin OM-M 50 Tablet is used in the treatment of hypertension.

How to use Pin OM-M Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Pin OM-M 50 Tablet is to be taken with food.

How Pin OM-M 50 Tablet works
Pin OM-M 50 Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Olmesartan and Metoprolol. Olmesartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) which works by blocking the hormone angiotensin thereby relaxing blood vessels. Metoprolol is a beta blocker that works specifically on the heart to slow down the heart rate. Together, they allow the blood to flow more smoothly and the heart to pump more efficiently.
