Driving

Wikoryl ND 4 mg/60 mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.

Kidney

Wikoryl ND 4 mg/60 mg Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Wikoryl ND 4 mg/60 mg Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.Use of Wikoryl ND 4 mg/60 mg Tablet may cause excessive sleepiness in patients with end stage kidney disease.

Liver

Wikoryl ND 4 mg/60 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease. Dose adjustment of Wikoryl ND 4 mg/60 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Wikoryl ND 4 mg/60 mg Tablet is used in the treatment of nasal congestion and sinusitis.

How to use Wikoryl ND Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Wikoryl ND 4 mg/60 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.Take it with food if stomach upset occurs.

How Wikoryl ND 4 mg/60 mg Tablet works
Wikoryl ND 4 mg/60 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Chlorpheniramine and Pseudoephedrine which relieve cold symptoms. Chlorpheniramine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Pseudoephedrine is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose.

Side Effects:

Common Nausea, Stomach discomfort, Sleepiness, Nervousness, Insomnia (difficulty in sleeping), Restlessness, Dizziness, Headache.
