How to use Magnate P Syrup
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Magnate P Syrup may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How Magnate P Syrup works
Magnate P Syrup is a combination of three medicines: Dicyclomine, magaldrate and simethicone which relieve stomach pain due to acid-related disorders. Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic which works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms). In doing this, it relieves cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Magaldrate is an inorganic salt that neutralises the excess acid in stomach. Simethicone is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.
