Pyridium 100mg Tablet is unsafe to use during lactation. Data suggests that the drug may cause toxicity to the baby, or the mother is suffering from a condition in which breastfeeding is not advisable.
It is not known whether Pyridium 100mg Tablet alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.

Pyridium 100mg Tablet is used in the treatment of bacterial infections of urinary tractIt relieves urinary tract pain, burning, irritation, and discomfort caused by urinary tract infections.
How to use Pyridium Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Pyridium 100mg Tablet is to be taken with food.
How Pyridium Tablet works
Pyridium 100mg Tablet is not an antibiotic. It works by blocking pain signals from the nerves to the brain which decreases the sensation of pain.
Common Headache, Rash, Itching, Nausea, Vomiting, Urine discolouration.
Expert advice for Pyridium Tablet
Do not take phenazopyridine for more than 2 days without consulting your doctor.
Phenazopyridine should be taken after meals.
Do not take phenazopyridine if you are allergic to phenazopyridine or any other ingredient of the medicine.
Do not take phenazopyridine if you have kidney problems or history of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency or other blood disorders.
Avoid using phenazopyridine if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
