Xelena 7.5mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Xelena 7.5mg Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Do not drive unless you are feeling well.Xelena 7.5mg Tablet may cause effects such as dizziness, blurred vision, trouble sleeping or drowsiness. This may affect your driving ability.
SAFE
Xelena 7.5mg Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Xelena 7.5mg Tablet is recommended.However, inform your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease.
CAUTION
Xelena 7.5mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Xelena 7.5mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Xelena 7.5mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.

How to use Xelena Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Xelena 7.5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Xelena 7.5mg Tablet is an antimuscarinic. It works by relaxing muscles of the urinary bladder and prevents frequent, urgent or uncontrolled urination.
Common Dryness in mouth, Nausea, Constipation, Dyspepsia, Abdominal pain, Blurred vision.

Reduces abnormal contractions of bladder. Can take up to 4 weeks before you see an improvement in your symptoms. Helpful in men with urinary symptoms caused by enlarged prostate. Avoid caffeine, alcohol or carbonated drinks as they can worsen your symptoms. Side effects are mild and usually include dry mouth and eyes, constipation, difficulty urinating, blurred vision and sleepiness.
