Driving

Kidney

Telma NB 5mg/40mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Telma NB 5mg/40mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Uses of Telma NB Tablet
Telma NB 5mg/40mg Tablet is used in the treatment of high blood pressure.

How to use Telma NB Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Telma NB 5mg/40mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How Telma NB 5mg/40mg Tablet works
Telma NB 5mg/40mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Nebivolol and Telmisartan. Nebivolol is a beta blocker that works specifically on the heart to slow down the heart rate. Telmisartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) which works by blocking the hormone angiotensin thereby relaxing blood vessels. Together, they allow the blood to flow more smoothly and the heart to pump more efficiently.

Side Effects:

Common Headache, Dizziness, Weakness, Cold extremities, Numbness of extremity, Increased potassium level in blood, Slow heart rate, Decreased blood pressure.
