Nebipil SA Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

Nebipil SA Tablet is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.

Driving

Do not drive unless you are feeling well.Nebipil SA Tablet may cause side effects such as dizziness, headaches, nausea or tiredness, all of which could affect your ability to concentrate and drive.

Kidney

Nebipil SA Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Nebipil SA Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Nebipil SA Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Nebipil SA Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Nebipil SA Tablet is started at a lower dose in patients with liver disease and further increased slowly with careful monitoring.

Uses of Nebipil SA Tablet
Nebipil SA Tablet is used in the treatment of hypertension.

How to use Nebipil SA Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Nebipil SA Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How Nebipil SA Tablet works
Nebipil SA Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Nebivolol and amlodipine which lower blood pressure effectively. Nebivolol is a beta blocker that works specifically on the heart to slow down the heart rate while amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker which works by relaxing blood vessels. Together, they make the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body.

Side Effects:

Common Nausea, Constipation, Diarrhoea, Vomiting, Headache, Edema, Weakness, Dizziness, Cold extremities, Flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck and trunk), Numbness of extremity, Decreased blood pressure, Slow heart rate.
