Nulong OL 40mg/10mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Nulong OL 40mg/10mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Nulong OL 40mg/10mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Regular monitoring of blood pressure is advisable for dose adjustment.

How to use Nulong OL Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Nulong OL 40mg/10mg Tablet is to be taken with food.
How Nulong OL 40mg/10mg Tablet works
Nulong OL 40mg/10mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Olmesartan and cilnidipine. Olmesartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) and cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker (CCB). They work by widening and relaxing the blood vessels, thereby lowering blood pressure.
Common Nausea, Altered taste, Stomach upset, Diarrhoea, Ankle swelling, Headache, Dizziness, Increased potassium level in blood, Weakness, Numbness of extremity, Edema, Flushing of skin, Decreased blood pressure.
